Mattress Warehouse LLC in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect mattress using the bedMatch system. You will provide a relaxed, low-pressure shopping experience and work with a dynamic team to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Able to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist loading mattresses.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, educational shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses and bedding products using our bedMatch system.
• Understand customer needs and guide them to the right solution.
• Operate tablets and POS to process sales and payments.
• Maintain showroom appearance and assist with loading purchases as needed.
