Ideal candidates have retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Comfort with tablets and store technology.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMATCH diagnostic system.
• Provide a relaxed, informative shopping experience.
• Maintain showroom floor and merchandise presentation.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto vehicle.
• Participate in training and meet sales goals.
