Job summary

Vanderbilt Health seeks a Research Coordinator for the Neurology division to support a multi‑year NIH‑funded study on sleep circadian disruption in bvFTD. You will coordinate visits, set up PSG and MRI sessions, and assist in neuropsych assessments under supervision.

The role offers exposure to a multidisciplinary team across neurology, sleep medicine, imaging, and biostatistics, with pathways toward graduate or clinical training. Flexible scheduling with occasional evenings is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of clinical research or clinical care experience.
• Comfort working with cognitively impaired adults and caregivers, including evening PSG setups.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to data entry/documentation.
• Valid driver's license and local travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule participant visits including actigraphy, PSG nights, and MRI sessions.
• Administer and score neuropsychological/behavioral measures under supervision.
• Set up actigraphy devices and caregiver training on device care.
• Support recruitment and screening with relevant clinics and ADRC healthy control pool.
• Obtain informed consent following IRB-approved procedures.
• Enter, clean, and quality-check study data in REDCap; maintain tracking and binders.
• Coordinate IRB submissions and continuing reviews; prepare materials for weekly conferences.
• Manage device inventory, shipping, and reminders for diaries and adherence.
