Job summary

Vanderbilt Health is seeking a Sleep Tech Researcher to support a broad portfolio of head and neck research studies. The role combines clinical sleep study coordination with regulatory and data-management responsibilities, including overnight PSG studies up to four nights per month.

You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure protocol compliance, manage documentation, and help advance sleep science within a leading academic health system in Nashville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1 year of clinical research experience preferred; RPSGT certification is a MUST.
• Experience with Epic or other EHR systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage sleep research studies, including head & neck projects and clinical trials.
• Oversee overnight polysomnography (PSG) studies up to 4 nights per month; ensure data quality and proper documentation.
• Maintain regulatory compliance, source data integrity, and accurate case report forms.
• Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow-up activities.
• Ensure adherence to GCP/IRB requirements and sponsor expectations; manage study files and reports.
