Job summary

Indiana University Health is seeking a Night Shift Sleep Lab Technologist for the Arnett Hospital Sleep Lab. The role involves performing basic and advanced diagnostic sleep studies, preparing equipment, and interviewing patients to identify sleep disorder issues.

You will monitor patients during testing, assist with scoring, and generate reports, while maintaining lab equipment and credentials. Requirements include a HS diploma (associate degree preferred), 1–3 years of experience, and

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sleep testing or related field.
• Must obtain RPSGT or SDS certification within 2 years of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtainable within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient equipment for testing and interview patient to determine sleep disorder issues.
• Monitor patient throughout testing and intervene as needed.
• Assist with scoring sleep studies and generating reports.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment; report repairs or replacements.
• Maintain credentials as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or SDS.
