Job summary

UPMC Western Maryland Sleep Lab is seeking a Sleep Technologist to support our sleep center. The role includes patient care duties and on-the-job training under supervision, with enrollment in the ASTEP program within 1 year of hire.

This flex full-time position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and requires 7:00 pm - 7:30 am shifts, with potential weekend or holiday work to meet patient schedules. Full-time benefits are available with this position.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 6 months relevant allied-health experience preferred.
• Enrollment in ASTEP within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for sleep testing.
• Educate patients on sleep lab testing procedures; analyze and score sleep studies.
• Perform therapeutic treatments and interventions; restock supplies; clean equipment and rooms.
