Mercy Health in Ohio seeks a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist to support the Sleep Center. You will prepare patients, operate polysomnography equipment, and document results to aid physicians in diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• RPSGT or RST certification required upon hire or as applicable.
• RT with SDS credential may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and explain procedures and testing modalities.
• Operate polysomnographic equipment to obtain diagnostic recordings.
• Document detailed technical reports and review studies with physicians.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, handle payments, and assist with office tasks.
• Maintain ongoing education and competency in neurodiagnostic field.
• Perform sleep staging and scoring per AASM guidelines.
• Troubleshoot polysomnographic and office equipment.
