Qualifications

• BRPT STAR designated education program or A-STEP modules required.
• RPSGT certification or plan to obtain within 30 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of inpatient and outpatient sleep studies and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure all patient testing procedures are completed within established time frames.
• Document procedures in patient charts and file departmental records accurately.
• Submit accurate patient charges and collect necessary information for final sleep reports.
• Perform sleep studies per policy and procedures and maintain equipment and room cleanliness.
• Assist in training trainees and staff on sleep procedures and equipment operation.
