Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates: Polysomnography-Sleep Study (Required).
• BLS American Heart E-Card (BLS AHA ECARD) - American Heart Association.
• BLS American Heart RQI E-Card (BLS AHA-RQI ECARD) - American Heart Association.
• BLS Cert American Heart (BLS AHA) - American Heart Association.
• BLS Cert Grace (BLS GRACE) - Grace period credential.
• BLS Cert Red Cross (BLS RC) - Red Cross.
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) - BRPT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee calibration, troubleshooting and maintenance of sleep testing equipment.
• Collaborate with Medical Leadership on Sleep Lab quality and regulatory compliance.
• Determine and supervise daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Maintain payroll and monitor attendance per policy.
• Provide direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Assist with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assess service quality and facilitate staff development programs.
• Ensure staff compliance with departmental policies and protocols.
• Perform staff responsibilities as needed to meet service levels.
• Lead handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
