Qualifications

• Associates: Polysomnography-Sleep Study (Required).
• BLS/CPR certifications per American Heart Association.
• NBRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain sleep testing equipment.
• Collaborate with Medical Leadership on Sleep Lab quality and compliance.
• Determine and supervise daily staffing, payroll, and attendance.
• Provide orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Lead handling of complex issues and complaints.
