Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Director, Market Access Marketing to lead the Sleep Franchise access strategy, payer value narrative, and pull-through execution.

This role partners with HEOR, Medical Affairs, Brand Marketing, Sales, and ARMs to translate clinical and economic evidence into payer access plans. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in market access or related commercial roles, strong matrix leadership, deep US payer knowledge, and an MBA or PharmD is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in commercial pharmaceutical/biopharma with focus in Market Access Marketing or related functions.
• Strong ability to independently develop and drive components of a commercial access strategy.
• Exceptional matrix leadership and cross-functional alignment skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of annual and long-range Market Access plans for the Sleep Franchise.
• Drive payer value proposition in collaboration with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Brand Marketing.
• Independently lead cross-functional alignment on net revenue and coverage goals.
• Forecasting and insight generation through market research and policy tracking.
• Design and govern pull-through framework; develop tools for Payer Account Executives and ARMs.
