Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals in the United States seeks a Director, Market Access Marketing to lead the development and execution of the Sleep Franchise access strategy. You will partner with HEOR, Commercial Brand Marketing, and Sales to translate clinical and economic evidence into payer-focused plans.

The role requires an independent leader who can drive cross-functional alignment, forecast market dynamics, and shape the future of market access.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive commercial pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical experience with substantial focus in Market Access Marketing, Payer Strategy, or related commercial functions.
• Strategic acumen and independent drive to develop and execute commercial access strategies.
• Strong matrix leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of annual and long-range Market Access strategic plans for the Sleep Franchise.
• Drive the Payer Value Proposition with HEOR, Medical Affairs, and Brand Marketing.
• Provide cross-functional leadership and align on net revenue and coverage goals.
• Generate strategic insights through market research and policy tracking.
• Design and govern pull-through strategy and enable field sales teams with tools and resources.
