Responsibilities

• Elevate the customer’s in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and sharing best-in-class product knowledge.
• Provide technical and product information to customers as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales and KPIs while upholding company values and initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with customers during and after purchase, including delivery reminders and issue resolution.
• Support a seamless omnichannel experience and leverage social media to boost brand awareness.
