Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the customer’s in-store experience by acting as a trusted sleep authority and guiding guests to the right mattress and accessories.

You will drive personal sales performance using digital tools and participate in omnichannel selling while maintaining relationships after purchase; excellent service and product knowledge are essential, with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.
