Job summary

Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to help customers find the right mattress and achieve better sleep. You will build strong in-store relationships, share product knowledge, and drive sales with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match.

Role supports stores in Woodbridge, VA and Alexandria, VA as needed. Compensation ranges from $56,000 to $62,000 annually, with potential bonuses for leadership roles. Legal work eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is the focus and build strong relationships.

• Maintain customer relationships after purchase (delivery reminders, issue resolution).
• Monitor competitor ads and offerings to stay informed.

Job Details

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert. 00
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $56,000 - $62,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
