Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts in West Valley City, UT to help customers find their dream mattress and provide an exceptional in-store experience. You will act as the knowledge expert on products, drive sales performance, and build lasting customer relationships, both at purchase and post-purchase.

The role includes uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match to boost earnings. The position emphasizes customer focus, teamwork with store leadership, and brand-aligned service, with compensation

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $50,000 to $60,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
