Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring Sleep Experts to help customers find the dream mattress and achieve better sleep. You’ll build lasting relationships, provide product knowledge, and drive sales by focusing on the in-store experience and customer care.

Earn base pay with uncapped commissions and a 401(k) match, recognizing performance and growth opportunities. The role supports stores within a 30 to 45-minute radius of the home store location, and requires physical lifting of 50+ pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition, advertisements and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.

Compensation:

Competitive pay range of $57,000-$70,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
