Mattress Firm is seeking Sleep Experts to elevate the in-store experience as trusted sleep authorities, helping customers find their dream mattress and achieve better sleep.

You will use digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience, cultivate relationships, and drive sales while upholding company values. Compensation includes base pay or uncapped commissions with a 401(k) match and comprehensive benefits.

• Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs whiledemonstratingcompany values and supporting company initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve customer issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
• Maintain awareness of the competition,advertisementsand services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positivelyimpactbrand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push,orpull 50+ pounds.

Job Details:

The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer’s in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. Experts will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience to create a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.

Compensation:

Competitive pay range of $50,000-$62,000 * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
