Mattress Firm is looking for Sleep Experts to help customers find the right mattress and deliver an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll build relationships, share product knowledge, and drive sales in a team that values customer focus and integrity.

This role offers uncapped commissions, a 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and mental health resources. Applicants should be results-driven and able to lift 50+ pounds as needed.

Compensation

Competitive pay range of $58,000 to $71,000 per year * depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.
