Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates preferred.
• One year experience preferred.
• Valid NY Driver's License.
• Be flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor.
• Strong passion for helping individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily activities and personal management.
• Support in achieving personal goals and daily living tasks.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment that supports functioning and reduces disruptive behaviors.
• Respond to residents during awake hours and provide needed support.
