Job summary

Providence Swedish in Seattle is seeking an experienced administrator to oversee multiple sleep clinics, schedule technical sleep studies, and manage billing and medical records including transcription.

You will supervise over 25 staff, coordinate clerical and back-office tasks, assign priorities, and provide back-up transcription support while applying sleep medicine knowledge to maintain high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 5 years in a customer service environment with extensive computer usage
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Post-high school education in relevant disciplines
