Providence Swedish is seeking an experienced administrator to oversee sleep clinics across multiple Seattle locations. You will ensure smooth clinic operations, coordinate scheduling for technical sleep studies, and oversee billing and medical records, including transcription.

You will supervise 25+ staff, direct clerical and back-office teams, assign tasks, set priorities, and perform diversified administrative duties while delivering excellent customer service.

• Post-secondary education in relevant disciplines is required.
• At least 5 years in a customer service environment with extensive computer usage.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.

This position is responsible for the efficient functioning of sleep clinics at multiple locations, the scheduling of technical sleep studies, and all sleep program billing and medical records including transcription. Maintains provider schedules Supervises over 25 staff. Directs and schedules clerical and back office staff, assigns specific tasks and responsibilities and sets priorities. Performs diversified administrative duties. Does back-up transcription and clean-up requiring specialized sleep medicine knowledge. Maintains excellent customer service. In short, managerial responsibilities without budgetary or hiring/ firing.

Required Qualifications

• Further post-high school education in relevant disciplines
• 5 years in a customer service environment and extensive computer usage/experience
• 1 year of experience in a supervisory role

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
