Providence Swedish is seeking a Sleep Lab Manager to ensure smooth operation of sleep clinics across multiple locations, oversee scheduling of sleep studies, and manage billing and medical records including transcription. The role supervises 25+ staff and directs clerical and back-office tasks with strong emphasis on customer service.

The position requires post-high school education, 5 years in customer service, and 1 year of supervisory experience, with preferred transcription background.

Responsabilités

• Ensure efficient functioning of sleep clinics at multiple locations and schedule technical sleep studies.
• Oversee sleep program billing and medical records including transcription, maintain provider schedules.
• Supervise over 25 staff, direct clerical and back-office tasks, and set priorities.
• Perform back-up transcription and clean-up requiring sleep medicine knowledge; maintain excellent customer service.
