North Mississippi Health Services is seeking a Revenue Cycle Coordinator to support timely revenue cycle flow, payment capture, and claim resolution. You will engage with payers, vendors, and hospital staff to resolve denials and optimize contract compliance.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, effective communication, and collaboration across billing, follow-up, and reporting teams to improve denial rates and payment cycles.

Qualificações

• Ability to research and analyze payer trends to identify reimbursement issues.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and payer portals.

Responsabilidades

• Billing & Follow Up: process billing, contact payers, review portals to determine payment expectations.
• Denial Management: manage denial receivables, analyze reasons, develop appeals and adjustments.
• Contract Management: understand payer methodologies, communicate with NMHS staff, analyze underpayments.
• Communication & Liaison: liaise with payers, vendors, and hospital staff to promote compliance.
• Reporting: assist in preparing denial and variance reports as requested.
• Regulation: comply with NMHS/NMMC policies and applicable laws.
