Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or healthcare required.
• 3–5 years in healthcare data analytics or project management.
• CRCR certification preferred or within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for revenue cycle systems (Sunrise or similar).
• Analyze and troubleshoot processes affecting Revenue Cycle.
• Maintain system configurations and master data for compliance.
• Assist in new system implementations, testing and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and data quality.
