Job summary

The University of New Hampshire is seeking a CRM Architect/Administrator to design, implement, and support CRM solutions for the University System of New Hampshire. You will serve as an application administrator, maintaining CRM components and integrations across multiple institutions, and lead projects from small to enterprise scale.

You will automate processes, design security measures, and ensure data integrity while developing custom solutions, dashboards, and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in information technology and CRM.
Slate experience including security, configuration, and admin support.
Experience gathering, analyzing data to produce reports and dashboards.
Project or change management skills and excellent communication.
Experience deploying Slate tools in a Higher Education environment.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support CRM solutions across the University System of New Hampshire.
Serve as an application administrator, maintain CRM components and integrations.
Automate processes, ensure data integrity, and manage security design.
Lead CRM projects from small to enterprise scale and coordinate testing.
Develop and deploy customizations, dashboards, and reports.
Provide end-user support and training for CRM functionality.
