Leadout Capital is seeking a Slack Proactive Monitoring Engineer to safeguard health and performance of large enterprise deployments. You will monitor dashboards, detect anomalies, and coordinate rapid mitigations, partnering with Customer Success and Support teams.

You will triage alerts from tools like Splunk, Grafana, Datadog, and PagerDuty, perform root cause analysis, and drive proactive outreach to customers before issues impact users. Strong communication and scripting are a plus.

Formación

• 2+ years in technical support, site reliability engineering, or related operations
• Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring tools (Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, PagerDuty)
• Strong understanding of cloud-based SaaS architecture, APIs, and failure modes
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing logs, metrics, and traces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical findings to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to optimize workflows

Responsabilidades

• Continuously monitor dashboards, alerting systems, and telemetry data for early degradation signals
• Triage and correlate alerts from multiple sources to identify patterns before customers report issues
• Actively monitor Slack platform health dashboards and critical systems for high-frequency workspaces
• Identify affected customers and coordinate proactive outreach with Customer Success and Support
• Partner with Incident Management to escalate signals that meet incident thresholds
• Perform root cause analysis on proactively detected issues and document findings
• Drive rapid remediation with Eng and SRE teams
• Advise clients on misconfigurations or API integration issues to prevent downtime
• Build and maintain Slack-based automations and workflows to streamline monitoring
