Job summary

Ceramic Matrix is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role supports receiving, storage, handling, and loading of natural stone, quartz, porcelain slabs, tile, and related materials.

The ideal candidate has experience in stone, slab, tile, countertop, or similar heavy-material warehouse environments and must be comfortable operating forklifts and handling large, fragile, high-value materials safely.

Qualifications

• Experience in stone/ slab/ tile or similar heavy-material warehouse environments.
• Ability to safely handle high-value materials.
• Experience loading/unloading trucks and containers.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, unload, move, store, and load natural stone, quartz, porcelain slabs, tile, and related products.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Handle large-format stone and porcelain slabs using appropriate equipment and safety procedures.
• Load and unload trucks and containers while minimizing product damage.
• Select and stage slabs and tiles for customer orders, transfers, deliveries, and pickups.
• Assist customers, drivers, and sales staff with viewing and movement of slab materials as needed.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing material for visible damage and report discrepancies.
