Job summary

A leading tile distributor in California is looking for a Slab Warehouse Worker to operate material handling equipment and prepare customer orders for shipment. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate forklifts. Previous experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not mandatory as training is provided. This position involves physical activities such as lifting up to 75 pounds and is scheduled Monday to Friday with potential Saturday work.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse / material handling experience helpful but will train.
• Ability to review/understand product orders and packing slips.
• Basic written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate material handling equipment to prepare customer orders.
• Load/unload material using forklift and crane.
• Ensure accuracy of warehouse paperwork.
