Job summary

Ceramic Matrix is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to join our operations team in West Palm Beach, FL. This role focuses on receiving, storing, handling, and loading natural stone, quartz, porcelain slabs, tiles, and related materials.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, can safely move large, high-value slabs, and works well with drivers and sales staff to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Forklift operating experience required.
• Forklift certification/training preferred; willing to complete training.
• Experience in stone/slab or related warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience loading/unloading trucks and containers.
• Understanding of safe lifting and warehouse practices.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Safely receive, unload, move, store, and load natural stone, quartz, porcelain slabs, tile, and related products.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse material-handling equipment safely and responsibly.
• Handle large-format slabs using appropriate equipment and safety procedures.
• Load and unload trucks and containers to minimize product damage.
• Select and stage slabs and tiles for orders, transfers, deliveries, and pickups.
• Assist customers, drivers, and sales staff with slab viewing and movement when required.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing material for visible damage and report discrepancies.
• Verify quantities, lot numbers, labels, and order information before movement.
• Maintain organized slab storage areas, racks, aisles, loading areas.
• Assist with inventory counts and accuracy.
• Follow safety procedures, especially forklift operation and slab handling.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and report safety concerns.
