Avalore, LLC is seeking an Operations Analyst to manage SLA compliance, analyze performance, and provide precise reporting for stakeholders. You will monitor breaches, drive improvements, and support SLA documentation and service catalogs.

You will work with IT teams and service providers to address issues, review performance, and contribute to ongoing improvements within IT service management frameworks. Strong English, communication, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with SLA management and reporting preferred.
• Strong communication and self-motivation.

Responsabilités

• Manage SLA compliance and reporting.
• Monitor SLA performance and identify breaches.
• Implement and maintain SLA monitoring systems.
• Generate SLA compliance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with IT teams and service providers to address performance issues.
• Develop and update SLA documentation and service catalogs.
• Support negotiation and renewal of SLAs.
• Participate in service review meetings.
• Stay current with SLA management best practices.
