Job summary

Avalore.ai is seeking an Operations Analyst to manage SLA compliance, monitor performance, and deliver regular reports to stakeholders. The role includes implementing monitoring systems and contributing to SLA documentation and service reviews.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, strong English, and certification in security or networking. Authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage SLA compliance, analyze SLA performance, and report on SLA metrics.
• Implement and maintain SLA monitoring systems and generate compliance reports for stakeholders.
• Identify breaches, investigate root causes, and recommend improvements to service providers.
• Develop and update SLA documentation and participate in service reviews and negotiations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper SLA monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.
