Grand Canyon Resort Corporation is seeking a Lead Photo Guide to oversee QA/QC of Skywalk photography and to train new staff. You will guide guests, explain photo options, and help ensure high-quality images while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include managing camera gear, assisting with sales of photo packages, and ensuring smooth guest flow. The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to upsell photos in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral communication and strong customer service skills.
• Sales experience is required.
• Preference given to Hualapai tribal members.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and explain photo options as they arrive at the Skywalk.
• Take and enhance photographs of guests on the Skywalk.
• Print or prepare digital photo packages for guests.
• Maintain inventory of camera gear and supplies.
• Direct guest flow and assist with ticket purchase and pickup.
