Job summary

Stratosphere Gaming, LLC is seeking a Jump Master to operate the SkyJump attraction, ensuring guest safety, comfort, and enjoyment. You will conduct pre-jump safety checks, guide guests through the experience, and help create a high-energy, controlled environment.

The role requires 1 year of attraction experience, the ability to work in extreme heights and weather, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in an attraction role.
• Comfortable working at extreme heights and in extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Operate the SkyJump ride and assist guests with all phases of the jump experience.
• Perform and document safety checks before each jump, including equipment and guest readiness.
• Communicate clearly with guests and fellow team members throughout the jump process.
• Maintain familiarity with all safety systems and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Remain calm and direct guests appropriately during emergency or high-pressure situations.
• Immediately report and refrain from operating any defective equipment or ride components until cleared by management.
• Promote a fun, high-energy, and professional environment while upholding all safety requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
