JumpWorks Trampoline Park is seeking a Manager to lead daily operations, ensure guest safety, and drive sales. The role includes overseeing staff, handling deposits, and coordinating marketing efforts to promote the park.

The ideal candidate has at least an Associate or Bachelor’s degree and strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. Training is provided, and a flexible approach to experience is welcomed.

Job Description

The Manager role is critical to the success of Delivering WoW experiences to Guests at JumpWorks. It includes performing a variety of duties including: opening and closing responsibilities such as assigning tills and preparing deposits, ensuring staffing is adequate to support Guests and programs, conducting pre-shift meetings with the team, managing cleaning responsibilities, etc. Also, the Manager is tasked with ensuring the park is a safe and fun environment by conducting park walks to support the team, interact with Guests and observe and fix any problems with courts and system operations. Ultimately, the goals of the position are tied to guest satisfaction and safety along with operational efficiency that results in profitable sales.

We prefer candidates fresh from college with a degree related to business or marketing!

Hourly wage or salary will be determined based on experience, availability, and your willingness to learn. The sky is the limit!

Qualifications:
