The ideal candidate has at least an Associate or Bachelor’s degree and strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills. Training is provided, and a flexible approach to experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Social Media & Marketing Support: Preparing, creating, and posting content on social media to promote the business.
• Provide leadership and coaching to ensure staff meet performance goals and grow in their careers.
• Establish performance benchmarks and hold the team to those goals.
• Resolve customer conflicts and manage escalation procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest safety.
• Create and manage daily processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Execute marketing goals to raise awareness of JumpWorks.
• Perform daily managerial tasks like opening/closing the facility and assisting with maintenance.
• Build JumpWorks' vision and culture focused on safety and satisfaction.
• Act as a Community Ambassador for JumpWorks.
• Assist in driving group sales and corporate events.
• Identify and research new revenue streams.
• Hiring, training and scheduling.
