Lamar Advertising Company is hiring an Installer in the Morgantown/Bridgeport area to join an on-site, full-time operations crew responsible for installing and maintaining billboards, including ads and cosmetic upkeep. You will work primarily alone, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in completion photos and documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, OSHA 10, and comfort with heights. CDL is a plus; prior billboard/construction experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• OSHA 10-hour Construction course required.
• CDL and Non-CDL licenses are a plus, but not required.
• Previous experience working at heights up to 200 ft is preferred.
• Construction and/or billboard installation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain billboards and related cosmetics.
• Handle installation of advertisements and maintain structures.
• Follow safety practices and attend safety meetings.
• Take completion photos for proof of performance.
• Maintain operation vehicles and construction tools.
• Work largely alone while managing a schedule effectively.
