Responsibilities

1. Manage cash drawer and be responsible for cash shortages.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of Sky Grill at all times.
3. Take and deliver orders in a timely, friendly, and enthusiastic manner.
4. Stock all food and paper supplies.
5. Work collaboratively with team members.
6. Provide friendly, fast, and efficient service.
7. Report to work on time, on scheduled days, in proper uniform.
8. Follow all policies and procedures set by the gaming establishment.
9. Serve menu items according to casino standards.
10. Wear the designated uniform.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Prerequisites

• Above-average oral communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Problem-solving capabilities.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a gaming license from the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma.
• Physical ability to stand and/or walk for 7.5 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks such as bending, stretching, and reaching.
• Ability to observe, react, and handle customer questions and complaints.

Work Environment & Other Details

• Fast-paced casino environment with smoke, bright lights, and high noise levels.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
