Responsibilities of the Server/Cashier include:
- Serving customers at their station, greeting guests, suggesting items, and ensuring guest satisfaction according to established standards.
- Maintaining product knowledge, including ingredients, presentation, pricing, and specials.
- Handling cash transactions following prescribed procedures and standards.
- Following all cash handling policies.
- Using the point-of-sale system proficiently.
- Cleaning and stocking duties as per daily procedures.
- Practicing food safety and sanitation standards.
- Following cost control policies, including waste management and employee food policies.
- Assisting team members as needed.
- Properly using gloves, utensils, and maintaining food presentation and temperature standards.
- Communicating effectively with team members and management about inventory and quality.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude with a positive approach to customer service.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.

- Proficiency in using kitchen knives safely.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding.
