Responsibilities of the Server/Cashier include:
  1. Serving customers at their station, greeting guests, suggesting items, and ensuring guest satisfaction according to established standards.
  2. Maintaining product knowledge, including ingredients, presentation, pricing, and specials.
  3. Handling cash transactions following prescribed procedures and standards.
  4. Following all cash handling policies.
  5. Using the point-of-sale system proficiently.
  6. Cleaning and stocking duties as per daily procedures.
  7. Practicing food safety and sanitation standards.
  8. Following cost control policies, including waste management and employee food policies.
  9. Assisting team members as needed.
  10. Properly using gloves, utensils, and maintaining food presentation and temperature standards.
  11. Communicating effectively with team members and management about inventory and quality.
  12. Performing other duties as assigned.
Secondary responsibilities may include:
  • Pizza Server
  • Steam Table Cook

  • Salad/Dessert Server
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude with a positive approach to customer service.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
