LockheedMartin’s Skunk Works® division is seeking a highly motivated Project Engineer to join a dynamic, fast paced aerospace program portfolio; EMS Warfare – Technology Roadmaps, Autonomy. The successful candidate will act as a central hub for budget tracking, staffing, technical execution, and communications across multiple projects. This role supports senior leadership, customers, capture teams, and scrum teams.
In this role you will work on budget and financial management where you will track, analyze, and report project budgets and forecast expenditures. This data will help support program staffing decisions. You will maintain and update several financial tableau dashboards that support the portfolio. You will assist the program leadership team by gathering and organizing data from the team and leads and creating presentations to support various reviews. You will assist the portfolio with cost estimating for proposal content creation and ensure we are meeting proposal submittal deadlines. You will participate in daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives and track sprint deliverables, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with program objectives.
Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.
Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00
