Lockheed Martin is seeking a Finance professional to perform Financial Planning and Analysis for the Enduring Programs portfolio within Skunk Works. You will support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and tracking to secure key portfolio metrics and inform discretionary investment decisions.

The role requires solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, with attention to regulatory requirements and compliance under FAR/CAS/US GAAP.

Qualifications

• 2 years finance experience with budgets, financial modeling, financial planning, or performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses, budgeting, and forecasting activities including variance analysis and trend identification.
• Consolidate data from multiple financial systems into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting for internal and external customers, including government cost and schedule EVMs.
• Support proposal development, basis of estimate, and negotiations as required.

Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Specific role is performing Financial Planning and Analysis duties for the Enduring Programs portfolio within Skunk Works. The Financial Planning and Analysis team provides monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and tracking to ensure key metrics are obtained for the portfolio and for Aeronautics. Additionally, this position will support discretionary investment development and tracking.

Basic Qualifications

• 2 years finance experience with budgets, financial modeling, financial planning, or performance analytics

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
