Job summary

Pet Food Experts is hiring an Item Maintenance Specialist in Rhode Island to ensure accurate SKU and item data across systems. You will work with Infor and our PIM to keep product information up to date and reliable for ordering and fulfillment.

You will collaborate with multiple teams, maintain substitute items, and prioritize deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a hybrid schedule. High attention to detail and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with data entry.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain SKU and item data in Infor.
• Update product information in the PIM system to ensure ordering accuracy.
• Partner with other departments to resolve data issues affecting receiving and picking.
• Maintain substitute and replacement item information based on inventory levels.
• Manage multiple priorities while ensuring details and deadlines are met.
