Gone Closing is seeking a Skip-Trace & Data Specialist to pull and clean property and owner records, skip-trace contact data, and join owner records to the correct property. You will flag gaps honestly to keep the team informed and ready to act.

The role requires meticulous work with spreadsheets and data tools, reliability, and a basic understanding of US property records. This is a remote, full-time position aligned with US market hours.
