Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking an operations leader for our Minnesota location to drive service quality, financial performance, and team growth in a fast-paced skincare salon.

You will manage staff recruitment and training, schedule coverage, monitor budgets, and coach the team to meet revenue and client-satisfaction targets while collaborating with the owner on marketing and expansion plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a skincare/salon team.
• Ability to meet revenue and client metrics.
• Skilled in coaching, development and performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates high standards in customer service.
• Meets financial metrics including service revenue, average ticket, client count, rebooking, retail revenue.
• Identifies growth opportunities such as staffing, scheduling and coaching.
• Manages personnel including recruitment, training, knowledge, loss prevention, performance and safety compliance.
• Conducts regular performance reviews and provides constructive feedback.
• Creates and maintains staff schedules to ensure peak-hour coverage.
• Maintains store inventory.
• Forecasts sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans.
• Develops and manages salon budget with owner.
• Monitors financial reports and identifies cost-saving/revenue opportunities.
• Oversees delivery of high-quality services and client satisfaction.
• Addresses client issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintains a welcoming environment for clients and staff.
• Leads through teaching and mentoring staff.
