Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a capable Salon Manager in Corte Madera, CA to lead operations for our skincare and service team. You will drive customer service excellence, manage staffing, budgets and scheduling, and partner with the owner on growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with esthetics standards. Qualifications include a California Esthetics License (Dermaplane certification preferred) and 1–3 years of salon management

Qualifications

• California Esthetics License required.
• Dermaplane certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of salon manager experience preferred.
• Evening and weekend availability required.
