Galderma is seeking a Product Research & Innovation Lead to drive science-based skincare product innovations. This role blends biology, chemistry, and consumer insights to shape a robust innovation pipeline across platforms and markets.

Located in Carlsbad, CA, the role partners with Regulatory, Marketing, Clinical, and Procurement teams to translate science into differentiated products and credible claims for global markets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8 years in product innovation or R&D within skincare, cosmetics, aesthetics, or OTC industries.
• Knowledge of global claims substantiation and regulatory frameworks across major markets.
• Strong scientific communication and cross-functional leadership.

Aufgaben

• Identify and advance key innovation opportunities using consumer, tech, and scientific insights.
• Develop innovative product concepts with scientific, technology, formulation, and claims-based approaches.
• Assess technical feasibility and guide development to ensure market readiness.
• Lead scientific claims substantiation and collaborate with Regulatory, Marketing, and Clinical teams.
• Support product launches with science-backed dossiers, marketing content, and training materials.
