Job summary

Dermalogica is seeking a Director of Global Innovation to set the future category and product strategy for the total global brand, with the role based at our Carson, CA headquarters under hybrid in-office guidelines.

You will lead cross-functional teams with R&D, Operations, Creative and Education to ideate, develop and execute skincare innovations, build a multi-year pipeline that drives new customer acquisition, and manage the innovation P&L and launch plans.

Qualifications

• Experience defining category strategy and multi-year innovation roadmaps.
• Skincare/beauty industry background with global scope.
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in R&D, marketing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops the future category strategy for the total global brand.
• Leads the development of skincare innovations and formats.
• Builds and manages an innovation pipeline to drive new customer acquisition.
• Develops the innovation roadmap based on strategy and insights.
• Owns the innovation P&L and governance processes.
• Manages budgets for launches and ongoing maintenance.
• Tracks KPIs like net sales from new launches.
