Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a part-time associate to support customer service and sales at Corte Madera or San Francisco locations. The role offers hourly pay of $20–$24 plus commissions, with potential to work across multiple sites and contribute to a fast-paced skincare environment.

The ideal candidate has guest service and sales experience, with salon experience considered a plus, and a willingness to participate in product training and team meetings while maintaining FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience (1 year).
• Sales and marketing experience.
• Salon experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Maintain an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify the manager when supplies are low to ensure items are always on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time-keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services; ensure compliance at all times.
• Maintain a clean and fully stocked store at all times.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
