Job summary

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is hiring a Front Bar Receptionist to deliver exceptional customer service and support sales and operations in our California salons. You will greet guests, manage scheduling, and help drive product recommendations while upholding FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.

Preferred candidates have 1 year of guest service experience, sales/marketing background, and some salon exposure. Part-time role with a dynamic team and ongoing product training.

Qualifications

• 1 year guest service experience
• Sales and marketing experience
• Preferred salon experience
• Education: Highschool, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer service standards and FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Maintain an organized appointment/schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify manager when supplies are low to ensure stock on hand.
• Assist in all in-store operations.
• Ensure store standards are maintained at all times.
• Adhere to all company time-keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product trainings and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures; ensure board compliance.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
