Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in New York City, NY is seeking an Education Sales Specialist to drive sales growth across Sephora, ULTA and Macy's in the NY region. This field-based role requires travel and a reliable car for store visits.

You will report to the National Field Manager and help maximize belif brand presence through store visits and product education, with mileage reimbursement provided for travel.

• Manage daily, monthly, and seasonal tracking of retail performance in your territory, ensuring all reporting is accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and drive sales across Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's locations within your designated territory.
• Provide comprehensive product education and selling techniques to staff at Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's through regular store visits.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with leadership and associates at Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's, as well as account executives and staff from competing brands to assess and enhance sales performance.
• Stay informed about trends within each business segment and key drivers affecting performance in the Sephora, ULTA, and Macy's landscape.
• Leverage connections to expand the belif brand presence, whether through additional retail partnerships, data acquisition or broader client base.
• Develop and grow client bases within core belif locations to boost sales.
• Coach store associates on their responsibilities to enhance sales performance.
• Train associates to improve productivity by developing their selling and customer service skills, and by organizing events and product demonstrations.
• Prepare materials for events and promotional programs to maximize sales impact.
• Manage daily, monthly, and seasonal tracking of retail performance in your territory, ensuring all reporting is accurate and timely.

The belif Skincare Education Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales growth and surpassing last year’s figures for the NY, NY region. You will report directly to the National Field Manager.

This is a field-based role, so there is no specific office location.

You will be traveling throughout the territory to visit various retailers.

Candidates will be eligible for one-way mileage reimbursement (from home to store) and parking for store visits.

A reliable car is also required for this position.

Looking for a candidate forexpansion of our brand portfolio, we are looking to maximize coverage in that market

Ideally, we would like our candidate to be able to easily travel to stores within a 50-mile radius of Manhattan. We are offering $/hour and reimbursing one-way mileage

Note: the new hire will be able to cover New Jersey and New York City doors and have a car to travel throughout the region.
